Job Title: Travel CNA / T-CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Schedule:

• Night Shift
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly
• 30-Minute Meal Break

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/T-CNA) for a short-term travel assignment in Elkins, WV. This role supports resident care within a long-term care and rehabilitation setting during overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will have strong patient care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Support resident mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Obtain and document vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized patient care environments
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care
• Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights
• Complete accurate patient care documentation

Requirements

• Active CNA certification required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude required
