Location Highlights
Gloversville offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions in eastern New York. Downtown Gloversville is about 10 miles from Great Sacandaga Lake, which is known for boating and fishing, and it is about 20 miles from Lapland Lake Nordic Vacation Center for cross-country skiing and hiking. Johnstown, immediately adjacent to Gloversville, includes the Johnson Hall State Historic Site, and Saratoga Springs is about 45 miles away for performing arts at Saratoga Performing Arts Center and dining in a walkable downtown.
