Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active (or eligibility for) state licensure as a School Social Worker.
• Previous experience in school-based or educational settings strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and compassionate attitude when working with students, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families for student success.
• Develop and support intervention strategies, IEP/504 plans, and crisis management.
• Engage in case management, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality of records.
