Virtual Phone Sales Representative
Location: Remote – U.S. Based Only
Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule
We’re hiring motivated Virtual Phone Sales Representatives who want to plug into a high-converting, fully scripted sales process—with zero cold calling and 100% remote flexibility.

What You’ll Do:Conduct scheduled phone appointments with inbound life insurance leads
Follow our 100% scripted presentation from intro to close
Educate clients on financial protection products (life, mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
Submit applications electronically and maintain client records in CRM
Attend weekly training calls and team development sessions
Proven System : Scripted process with a 33% conversion rate
No Cold Calls : Inbound, pre-qualified leads
Remote Freedom : Work from anywhere with Wi-Fi
High Commissions : Uncapped earning potential + monthly bonuses
Support & Mentorship : Ongoing coaching and team culture
Top Carriers : Access to A-rated insurance providers
Active life insurance license (required)
Phone sales or telesales experience preferred
Confidence using scripts and handling objections
Coachable mindset and strong follow-up habits
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Commission-only role with top earners making $75,000–$120,000+ annually
Monthly bonus programs and incentive trips
Promotions based on performance, not seniority
