Our client, a leading distribution center supporting retail operations, is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector/Shipping to join their team. As a Warehouse Order Selector/Shipping, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector/Shipping

Location: Methuen, MA 

Pay Rae: $20.50/Hour

Shift: Mon-Sun (2 days off rotating) 3pm - 11pm 

What's the Job?

• Use voice-controlled system to select full case grocery, frozen, and other perishable products using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Wear headsets throughout the entire shift to ensure clear communication and safety.
• Palletize cases and prepare pallets for shipment to local stores.
• Lift and move products, with a physical requirement of up to 87 lbs shoulder level and 76.5 lbs overhead.
• Work in refrigeration conditions (34 - 37&degree;F) to ensure proper handling of perishable items.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in refrigeration conditions.
• Availability to attend pre-employment site tours and meet with supervisors.
• Dress code: Safety shoes required on day 1; close-toe slip-resistant shoes preferred.
