As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical, hands-on care to a vulnerable geriatric population in nursing facilities. You make the clinical decisions. You manage your outcomes. We handle the rest.

Full-time physicians earn an average starting pay of $220,000 - $250,000 annually , with the potential to earn up to $300,000+ through additional services, performance-based bonuses, and no earning cap.

- Pay Structure: Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay.

Requirements - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Active, clear, and unrestricted Illinois medical license.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license.
- Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
